- ProductAttributes
NMN enteric–coated granules (β-nicotinamide mononucleotide, CAS number: 1094-61-7) developed by HuaYuanShengKe are highly effective anti-aging dietary supplements with the molecular formula
C11H15N2O8P, molecular weight 334.219, white to yellowish crystalline
powder in appearance, odorless and easily soluble in water (pH 3-4).
The product protects the core ingredient through enteric coating
technology to ensure that it remains stable in gastric acid until it enters the small intestine and is released quickly, and the bioavailability is
more than 3 times higher than that of the traditional gastric type
- CoreAdvantagesand Technical Highlights
Precise enteric release Using water-based acrylic acid enteric coating, strong acid resistance (simulated gastric juice environment leakage rate <5% for 2 hours), rapid disintegration in intestinal pH 6.8 buffer, release rate of more than 95%, to ensure the complete absorption of NMN
active ingredients
Multi-unit drug release system Short rod-shaped particles were
prepared by wet granulation and extrusion rounding process to form a multi-unit drug release system, which expanded the contact area of the intestinal tract, made the absorption more uniform and stable, and
increased the bioavailability by 40% compared with the single-unit tablet
High purity and safety The purity of the raw materials is ≥70%, which has passed HPLC testing, meets the standards of the Chinese
Pharmacopoeia 2025 edition, and has passed FDA GRAS certification, without the risk of gastrointestinal irritation
- Productionprocess
Wet granulation: After the raw and auxiliary materials are mixed, the
wet method is used to produce soft materials, extruded and rounded to form short rod-shaped particles, and the fluidized bed is dried to ensure the compactness of the particles.
Enteric coating: The fluidized bed bottom spray technology is used to wrap the enteric coating film, and the coating weight gain rate is 3-5%, and the coating uniformity error is <2%.
Quality control: through dissolution test (basket method, simulated
intestinal fluid environment) and microbial limit testing, in line with ISO 22000 and HACCP system
- ApplicationScenariosand Efficacy
Anti–aging: Increases NAD+ levels, activates longevity proteins,
improves cell metabolism, DNA repair and mitochondrial function, and delays skin aging and cognitive decline
Metabolic health: regulates blood sugar and dyslipidemia, improves insulin sensitivity, and is suitable for people with prediabetes and
metabolic syndrome
Exercise recovery: Enhance cellular energy metabolism, reduce post- exercise oxidative stress, and improve endurance and recovery speed
Neuroprotection: Synergize with coenzyme Q10, lipoic acid and other ingredients to reduce neuroinflammation and improve memory and
sleep quality
- ProductSpecifications and Packaging
Specifications: Each bag contains NMN 200mg/granules, the packaging specification is 30 capsules/bottle or 60 capsules/bottle, and the
capsule shell is made of vegetable cellulose (enteric-coated or ordinary type is optional).
Shelf life: 24 months, it is recommended to keep away from light and cool (<25°C) dry storage
- Marketcompetitiveness
Relying on the advantages of full enzymatic biosynthesis technology and large-scale production, HuaYuanShengK breaks through the high cost limitations of traditional chemical synthesis methods, and the
product cost performance is 30% ahead of similar brands. Compared
with commercially available enteric-coated capsules, the leakage rate of simulated gastric acid is reduced to 2% (industry average 15%), and the intestinal release rate is increased by 50%.
Note: This product has been clinically verified by a third party and can significantly increase blood NAD+ levels (+150%) when taken
continuously for 8 weeks. For custom formulations or bulk purchases, please contact HuaYuanShengKe sales department.
