HuaYuanShengKe soybean polysaccharides are natural water-soluble dietary fibers extracted from non-GMO soybeans, refined by the

world’s leading biological enzymatic hydrolysis technology. The

product has both functional and health attributes, and is widely used in the fields of food, beverage, health care products and medicine,

and is a new generation of green and safe multi-functional food additives.

  1. Corefeatures:

Natural and healthy raw materials are selected from high-quality

non-GMO soybeans, and there is no chemical synthesis and addition in the whole process, which is in line with the trend of clean label.

Rich in soluble dietary fiber, low calorie and zero fat, it helps the development of sugar-reducing and fat-reducing foods.

Excellent functionality: Stable in acidic and high-temperature

environments, suitable for dairy products and condiments such as yogurt and jam to prevent water stratification.

High-quality thickener: low viscosity and high transparency, giving beverages and soups a smooth taste without masking the original flavor. Natural emulsifiers: work synergistically with proteins to

enhance the texture and shelf life of plant-based beverages such as soy milk and oat milk.

 

Nutritional enhancement promotes the proliferation of intestinal beneficial bacteria and improves intestinal health, which can be

applied to prebiotic functional foods. Delay sugar absorption, assist in blood sugar management, and be suitable for diabetes-friendly   food formulations.

Solubility: soluble in cold and hot water

Viscosity (1% aqueous solution): 10-50 mPa·s (can be customized on request).

pH (5% solution): 6.0-7.5

Total Dietary Fibre: ≥85%
