    1. ProductAttributes

    L-serine (CAS number: 56-45-1) produced by HuaYuanShengKe is a

    naturally occurring neutral amino acid with the molecular formula

    C3 H7 NO3, molecular weight 105.09, white crystalline powder or

    prismatic crystal, odorless and sweet. Its solubility is high (up to 250g/L aqueous solution at 20 °C), soluble in water and formic acid, almost

    insoluble in ethanol and ether, and the isoelectric point is 5.68. The

    product meets the food grade standard and is suitable for many fields such as food, medicine, cosmetics and so on.

    1. Fieldsof application

    Food additives: As a nutritional enhancer, it can improve the utilization rate of food protein and improve the flavor (such as the flavor of maple syrup after heating with glucose), especially suitable for meat products, beverages, bakery products, etc

    Pharmaceutical field: used for compound amino acid infusion,

    nutritional supplement, and as a precursor for the synthesis of

    anticancer agents and antibiotics (such as cycloserine), which plays an important role in metabolic balance and immune regulation
